I feel very fortunate to be able to do work that I love!!! My goal is to help people live healthier lives through Massage Therapy. I am a certified and licensed massage therapist in the Antelope area. I have attended The Body Institute, Healing Arts Center, and Fair Oaks School of Massage. At the Body Institute, I learned about the anatomy and physiology of the human body and certain techniques to help heal the body both physically and mentally. I have worked for several local Chiropractors in the Sacramento area. I offer a Highly Skilled Professional Therapeutic Massage.
My focus is on pain and stress relief. My treatments emphasize on Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Injury Massage Therapy. I find it very rewarding when my clients express gratitude for pain reduction and being pain free. My massage is a combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques blended together for a relaxing massage that works on the deeper layers of muscles and tissues.
